I am very glad to be invited as a guest, at the biggest austrian music award the ‚AMADEUS‘! The award ceremony will take place in my hometown Vienna, on 01.05.203. I am looking forward to celebrate with all the familiar faces and friends from austrian music business.

I found the biggest Easter Egg that I ever saw before! I found it at the K. & K. Hofzuckerbäckerei Demel (one of the most exquisite viennese confectioneries near by the Viennese „Hofburg“ (the Palace).

here you can see one of the personally most wonderful moments of yesterdays ECHO-2013 night. The ECHO is the most important german music award and with Adoro I was nominated for the category „Crossover“!

Before the award started I had an inspiring conversation with the „Graf“, the singer und writer of the very successful band „Unheilig“. We where talking about how we write lyrics for songs and the creative process.

The „Graf“ wrote the most touching and emotional german lyrics, like the „Unheilig“ hit single „Geboren um zu leben“ („Born to be alive“). I was not surpirsed that eh is writing with the same passion and he is struggling for every word the same way that I do and did when I was co-writing two songs for the last Adoro album.

For sure we are from different music genres! Unheilig is an alternative rock band! But to impress feelings with words and create „pictures“ with words is a goal that we both have. It was a wonderful conversation that inspired me for my future work.

And at least I want to congratulate this special artist and his musicians for the two ECHOs thei received!

With a special concert in Vienna the Adoro Tour 2013 is coming to an end.

I am very happy that for the very first time, I will perform with Adoro in my hometown Vienna! And I am looking forward to have my family and friends beeing part of the audience. For me it will be the end of an exiting and intense time.

The Adoro Tour is slowly reaching the home stretch as a a big popular success!

After every show I can hear from the public, that it is the best Adoro show ever! This feedback gives me specials pleasure, because the management an I worked together intensely on the shows sequence. But specially the creative part of show specials where mine. Inviting a soprano who sings a Mozart aria an a duet with us, the idea of an instrumental classic rock song, the fact that, we have a loop played by the band, when we enter the audience to get in contact with them at the end of the show. And especially the Viennese Operetta Hit „Dein ist mein ganzes Herz“ (You Are My Heart’s Delight) from Franz Lehar. A song that I have sung many times at gala concerts (there without microphone).

I have to thank the public for this wonderful feedback! It´s making me very happy!

So there are 2 concerts left in Germany and than, after a small break, we will have the first Adoro concert in Vienna, my hometown! I am looking forward to that!

I am so glad, that the Song „Die Liebe ist eine Rose“ (Love is a Rose), Is such a success at the Adoro Tour 2013. Especially because I am co-writer of the lyrics and also wrote the german lyrics of the song.
At Every concert we invite a lady to the stage who is the „lady of roses“ during the song. On this picture you can see Annett. She was the „lady of roses“ in Munich. A wonderful moment and at every show, a very special moment to me.
